Andrew Willingham
Andrew Willingham graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2000, and has since been providing engineering services throughout the Hudson Valley. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. In the early stages his career, Mr. Willingham was involved in the design and permitting of large land development projects. Over the years, he has gained experience in nearly all facets of land development, which include waste-water treatment design, small bridge design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, stormwater management, municipal engineering, potable water treatment, flood mitigation and SEQR compliance. Projects managed by Mr. Willingham range from single family home septic designs to large, complex mixed use land development projects. Although he enjoys all types of civil engineering, he specialized in projects that provide a need or benefit to the community.
Matthew Towne
Matthew Towne graduated from Virginia Tech in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. In his early career, he provided civil engineering services and design for large residential projects in the San Diego, CA area. After relocating to the New Paltz area in 2008, he has been providing civil engineering services for a variety of projects the Hudson Valley which include single family residences, residential subdivisions, commercial developments, recreational facilities, lodging facilities and mixed-use developments. Civil engineering services provided by Mr. Towne include road design, stormwater management, wastewater systems, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, potable water treatment and construction administration. Although Mr. Towne is experienced in most facets of civil engineering, he specializes in residential development and projects with complex grading/stormwater issues. Mr. Towne manages dozens of projects that vary from small scale projects to multifaceted large land developments.
